Iced cacao
For Berlin summers. Bitter, black, no sugar.

- 1 glass · 300 ml
Ingredients
- ·30 g of our cacao block
- ·150 ml hot water
- ·150 ml cold whole or oat milk
- ·Ice
Method
- 01
Dissolve the cacao in the hot water, whisking until smooth.

Let it cool to room temperature. Don't skip this — pouring hot cacao over ice waters it down.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the cacao concentrate over the ice.
- 04
Top with cold milk. Stir once and drink straight away.
