The ceremonial pour

Ingredients
- ·40 g of our cacao block
- ·350 ml filtered water
- ·1 small pinch of sea salt
- ·Optional: a strip of orange peel
Method
- 01
Bring the water just under a simmer in a saucepan.

Drop in the chopped cacao, salt, and orange peel if using.

Whisk slowly for 5 to 7 minutes. The cacao thickens as it dissolves.

Remove the peel. Pour into a wide mug and let it sit for 30 seconds before drinking.
