Mama Amor
Bright and fruity with a caramel bittersweet backbone — stone fruit acidity up front, rich fat in the middle, and a long finish that pulls between sweet and dark. The most expressive cacao in our first drop.

Harvested in the Suchitepéquez Mountains on Guatemala’s Pacific front — the largest cacao forest region in Central America during pre-Columbian times. Thousands of years of cultivation and hybridisation happened on these slopes. You’re drinking the result.
Mama Amor is managed by Nuevo Amanecer, a women’s collective of 13 members founded by Odilia in 2013. What started as a weaving group gradually reoriented toward cacao cultivation and processing. The collective manages parcels owned by six families at 550 meters altitude, growing diverse criollo hybrids — mostly local genetics with some introduced varieties. Fermented five days: partly in baskets lined with banana leaves, partly in wooden boxes.
