The morning cup

Ingredients

  • ·20 g of our cacao block
  • ·200 ml whole milk or oat milk
  • ·1 small pinch of sea salt
  • ·Optional: 1 tsp raw cane sugar

Method

  1. 01

    Chop the cacao block roughly. The smaller the pieces, the faster it dissolves.

  2. 02

    Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don't boil it.

  3. 03

    Add the cacao and salt. Whisk continuously until dissolved — about 2 minutes.

  4. 04

    Pour through a sieve into your cup. Drink while hot.
