The morning cup
Our default. Simple, fast, drinkable in five minutes flat.

Ingredients
- ·20 g of our cacao block
- ·200 ml whole milk or oat milk
- ·1 small pinch of sea salt
- ·Optional: 1 tsp raw cane sugar
Method
- 01
Chop the cacao block roughly. The smaller the pieces, the faster it dissolves.

Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don't boil it.

Add the cacao and salt. Whisk continuously until dissolved — about 2 minutes.

Pour through a sieve into your cup. Drink while hot.
